Spiritual Direction is not counseling, therapy, advice giving, or teaching.
How does Spiritual Direction Work?
People meet once a month for an hour via teleconference. A session may look like this:
Opening prayer and silence
Share your prayer experiences and relationship with God in your life
What’s God’s Spirit and His Word saying to you?
Pause with silence as you listen to God’s invitations through this prayer time
What are you discerning from Him and His love?
Close in prayer
Your Spiritual Companion Director will:
- Accept, deeply listen, and offer grace
- Learn the Holy Spirit’s direction with you
- Ask clarifying questions
- Pray and encourage you
- Increase your awareness of His presence and prayer in your life
Meet Pamela Kudlick, Spiritual Director Companion
Pamela is a graduate of Leadership Transformations’ Selah Certification program.
- She is Founder of Cornerstone Coach where she invites her clients to lead stronger and live fuller. Contact Pamela about coaching.
- She is active in Coach Approach Ministries, and active in the Spiritual Formation Society of Arizona.
- Pamela led a local Christian-based health program called First Place.
- She attends retreats and meets with two Spiritual Directors regularly. She daily meets with God in a Holy Hour, enjoys prayer walks in nature and is learning each day to walk in God’s freedom and graces. Mostly she loves being present in His presence.
- We abide by the ESDA code of ethics.
Is there are cost?
If there is a mutual discernment that we enter into Spiritual Direction, we will discuss the cost.
